  1. I have looked at other companies with similar products. Why should I buy from Myo-Logic? Our program is designed by a chiropractor for chiropractors. Narrative reporting is configured to compare muscle testing and/or ROM performance from the initial exam to the results from the interim and final exams. Myo-Logic has chiropractors as resources in areas of diagnostic testing, CPT coding and billing, cost containment and utilization review.

  2. Is muscle and range of motion testing easy to learn? Yes, many offices are up and running within a few hours after viewing the provided training videos.

  3. Is the software program user- friendly? Yes, The software is a Windows-based program. The user simply just points and clicks.

  4. Can I train my staff to do the testing? Yes, many doctors have trained their staff to do both the muscle and range of motion testing.

  5. Do I need a computer in my exam room? Although you can run the program and equipment from your exam room, you can also use a laptop with a roll-around cart to add exam location flexibility.

  6. Will I really get paid for these diagnostic tests in my state? Most offices indicate 90% plus reimbursement rate for their personal injury claims and general insurance. Workers Compensation reimbursement varies from state to state. Myo-Logic suggests that when calling for insurance verification, you inquire on coverage for diagnostic testing codes 95831 & 95851. And remember, without good documentation, reimbursement for any service can be challenged.

  7. Once I sign the paperwork how long before I get my system? Once Myo-Logic receives a purchase order from the Lease Company or payment direct from the doctor, your system is shipped within 24 hours via UPS two-day air.

  8. Once I receive my shipment how long before I am up and running? With the properly configured computer in place, you can be hooked up and ready to begin practice testing in less than 15 minutes.

  9. When I get insurance denials, what help will you provide? Myo-Logic stays up-to-date on trends in insurance denials and proper coding procedures. Sample proactive response letters are available for our clients. We also have chiropractors as resources who know the UR arena well and can be called upon at any time.

  10. If I lease, can I pay it off early? Yes, be sure to talk to the American Express representative before signing the contract.

  11. Can I network this program so my staff can enter data from their workstations? Yes, the program is "map-able". Which means you are able to map to the exam room computer if your office is set up on a network.
